Background
Background
I’ve proudly called West Roseville home for nearly 20 years. Raised by an Air Force veteran father and a middle school teacher mother, my childhood was shaped by service and countless hours in the classroom.
After attending local schools and graduating from Sacramento State with a degree in Spanish and a minor in Education, my career spanned banking, local law enforcement, where I served and protected schools with dedication, and higher education. Today, I serve as a university success coach, mentoring students toward academic and lifelong achievement.
Since 2022, I’ve had the honor of serving as a Dry Creek School Board Trustee. During my tenure, I’ve focused on building positive, constructive relationships with our staff, parents, and community. I pride myself on putting our district first and championing initiatives that keep Dry Creek a top-tier place to learn, work, and grow.
In addition to my undergraduate background, I have worked to hone my knowledge in leadership and crisis response. I hold a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and I carry specialized certifications in crisis management, emergency response, CPR, and POST-certified training from the Museum of Tolerance.

To our Dry Creek families: I stand right alongside you. Like you, I want our children to thrive, succeed, and grow into upstanding community members who make Dry Creek proud. As your Trustee, my focus remains steadfast: safety, fairness, and mastery of core academic fundamentals.
As a parent in the district, my children attend these schools right alongside yours. I know the fast-paced routine of morning drop-offs, the anxiety during emergencies, and the value of back-to-school nights and parent-teacher conferences. I live these moments with you!
I also hear our teachers, principals, and support staff loud and clear. Our dedicated educators bring genuine passion to our classrooms every single day. I will continue advocating for the training, tools, and resources they need to deliver an exceptional education. I serve our staff so they can best serve your family.
Service is in my blood.
Coming from a family of veterans and spending my career in public service, my mission has always been simple: leave every community, organization, and individual better than I found them. With your vote, I look forward to continuing that mission for the students and families of Dry Creek.
